By virtue of performing OSS pumping, inspection and/or servicing, a pumper incurs the obligation to comply with the minimum requirements of these rules and regulations and the underlying Chapter 246-272A WAC for on-site sewage disposal which includes proper OSS pumping, inspection and/or servicing in conformance with SHD standards. These standards include any applicable SHD policies, Chapter 246-272A WAC and Washington State Department of Health Recommended Standards and Guidance.
