A. Operating OSS. The owner of each operating OSS is responsible for ensuring that the system is monitored and maintained, with reports submitted to SHD, in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 246-272A WAC, the applicable Washington State Department of Health Recommended Standards and Guidance for Performance, Application, Design, and Operation and Maintenance document, and the SHD Supplemental Procedures Regarding: On-Site Sewage System Pumper Certification and Reporting Requirements.
