These administrative standards, policies, and procedures shall be known as the “Supplemental Drinking Water Policies and Procedures for Individual Water Systems” and are established pursuant to authority vested in the Snohomish Health District Board of Health by RCW 70.05.060. These rules and regulations are adopted for the protection of public health through the establishment of minimum drinking water standards and the policies and procedures by which to review same.
