In order to preserve, promote and improve the public health, and as set forth in RCW 70.05.060, the rules and regulations contained herein shall be known as the Sanitary Code of the Snohomish Health District Board of Health. [Res. 93-32, Eff. 11/09/93. Prior code § 1.1].
