“Board of Health” means the Board of Health of the Snohomish Health District as defined in RCW 70.05.010.

“Health Officer” means the Health Officer of the Snohomish Health District, as defined in RCW 70.05.010, appointed by the Board of Health in accordance with RCW 70.05.050.

“Person” means an individual, firm, corporation or association.

“Snohomish Health District” means all the territory encompassed within Snohomish County, including all of the cities and towns, as defined in RCW 70.05.010. [Res. 93-32, Eff. 11/09/93. Prior code § 1.2].
