5.55.080 Reporting of limited repairs.
This section is included in your selections.
The certified pumper or monitoring and maintenance specialist who performs a limited repair measure will be required to electronically submit a limited repair report outlining the work performed, including:
A. Location of property.
B. Property tax number of property.
C. Owner of property.
D. Summary of work performed, including:
1. Pump make and model.
2. Dose setting, etc.
E. Name and certificate number of person performing the work.
