These administrative policies and procedures shall be known as the “Supplemental On-Site Sewage Disposal Policies and Procedures – Community System” and are established pursuant to authority vested in the Snohomish Health District (SHD) Board of Health by RCW 70.05.060 and WAC 246-272A-0015(9). These policies and procedures are adopted for the protection of public health through the mechanism of establishing design guidelines together with ongoing operation and management requirements for community on-site sewage disposal systems as further defined hereinafter.
