5.20.060 Land division – Definitions.

In addition to the definitions found in WAC 246-272A-0010, and in any supplemental on-site sewage disposal regulations of the Snohomish Health District, the following shall apply:
“Short subdivision” means a division or redivision of land into four or less lots.
“Subdivision” means a division or redivision of land into five or greater lots. [Prior code § 8.1.3 (Attachment)].
