Reason for:

Failure to Demonstrate Knowledge. When an inspection indicates the presence of ongoing or repeated violations of the water recreation facilities regulations, Chapters 246-260 and 246-262 WAC, related to the operation and maintenance of the pool mandatory training may be required. If the owner fails to identify the correct water chemistry parameters such as acceptable pH range and disinfectant levels as well as failing to know how to document the results of required water testing the owner or operator may be required to attend a course on basic skills for operating a pool.
