Every owner shall make an annual application to the Health Officer for the registration of his camp at least 30 days prior to the day it is to be opened for use. Every application for registration made pursuant to these regulations shall be on a form to be supplied by the Health Officer and the applicant shall furnish all information required by the Health Officer.
