All garbage, refuse and/or trash in a mobile home park shall be collected, stored and disposed of in accordance with Chapter 70.95 RCW and Chapter 173-301 WAC and Chapter 2.15 SHDC. [Res. 93-32, Eff. 11/09/93. Prior code § 12.1(IV)].
