Fees for permits and other services provided for through the enactment of the provisions of this Sanitary Code shall be as set forth by the Board of Health in the fee schedule. Such fees shall be set initially by the Board, and shall be subject to revision commensurate with the cost of delivering the service, and the changing nature and complexity of the subject regulation.
