The codification hereby adopted shall be known as the “Snohomish Health District Code” and may be cited as such. The titles, chapters, and sections as set forth in the codification hereby adopted shall be, and they are, declared to be the titles, chapters, and sections by which the provisions of the Snohomish Health District Code may be designated and cited.
